On 2026/7/4, Chuangyuecheng Enterprise conducted its first systematic fire safety emergency drill to enhance employees' ability to respond to emergencies, strengthen safety awareness and self-rescue skills, and comply with QEO system requirements. The drill, themed "Strengthening Safety Foundations · Improving Emergency Response," simulated real-life fire scenarios to familiarize all staff with the full process of alerting, evacuation, and firefighting.

I. Three-Level Emergency Response System
Establish a unified command and tiered responsibility mechanism: Level 1 Emergency Commanders oversee the entire operation and coordinate with external rescue teams; Level 2 Floor Managers organize evacuation, conduct headcounts, and report status on their floors; Level 3 Frontline Staff understand risks and evacuation routes, promptly report fires, and guide evacuations.

II. Differentiated Handling by Region
Workshop: Cut power, isolate ignition sources, and suppress initial fire with a dry chemical extinguisher. Never use water to fight fires until power is disconnected.
Warehouse Zone: Evacuate along the designated route. Do not return to retrieve items. Select extinguishers based on cargo type. If the fire is out of control, seal off the area and await support.
Office Area: Cover mouth and nose with a wet towel, evacuate in a low posture via smoke-proof stairwells. If the hallway is blocked, retreat indoors, seal gaps, pour water, and call for help.
High-rise and Equipment Levels: At the equipment level, a certified electrician must cut off the main power supply and extinguish the fire using a CO2 or dry chemical extinguisher. On floor 6, beware of the "chimney effect," call emergency services immediately, and evacuate downward.

III. Critical Skills for Self-Rescue and Mutual Aid
Three Survival Rules: Crawl Low, Cover Mouth with Wet Cloth, Never Risk Life for Possessions.
To use a fire extinguisher, follow the four steps: Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep. Direct the stream at the base of the flames.
Trapped indoors: Close the door, seal gaps with wet cloths, splash water to cool down, and wave bright clothing to signal for help. Do not jump or use the elevator.
If your clothes catch fire: Stop, drop, and roll. Do not run.

4. Practical Exercise and Follow-up Management
On the day of the drill, dedicated staff guided personnel at stairwells. All employees reached the assembly point quickly via the planned route. Team leaders took roll call and reported headcounts to confirm no one was missing. Subsequently, Chuangyuecheng Enterprise will refine floor-specific emergency plans, detail response procedures, and conduct unannounced spot checks to verify all staff's practical emergency response capabilities.

Safety first, life above all. Make safety awareness a habit to strengthen Chuangyuecheng's defense line together, ensuring everyone understands fire safety and can respond effectively in emergencies.
